International Women’s Day 2023

Take action! International Women’s Day on March 8 is a reminder to celebrate and respect the contributions of women – always. The 2023 Canadian theme, Every Woman Counts, is a powerful one. It reinforces that all women, including those with disabilities, have a place in every part of Canadian society. But there are barriers to break down. We know all women deserve to have their voices heard, to be included, and to have their contributions to their communities respected and valued – that includes women with disabilities.
