CARES Caregiver Support Group for Grandparents (online)

This event is hosted by Autism Ontario

Offered January 17 to March 7.

Please note that this group is intended for grandparents of children, youth and autistic adults.

The CARES Caregiver Support Program is an innovative, multi-week, group-based program focusing on the social, emotional and psychological challenges that can arise among caregivers of children with autism.

This program offers 8 weeks of connection with other caregivers where you will discuss the following topics:

• Let’s Talk About Stress
• Helpful Thinking
• Rewriting Our Story
• Problem Solving
• Self-Compassion
