This online event is hosted by Ontario Disability Employment Network (ODEN).

ODEN’s Employment Discovery Toolkit Training is designed for direct support workers (DSW), personal support workers (PSW), family members, students or anyone who plays a role in a person’s support network.

• Learn about the employability of the people you support who have a disability; how to take an employment first approach; and why employment is considered the gold standard for inclusion.
• The Do’s and Don’ts of employment support and how you can have an impact on people’s employment goals.
• How to support employment goals and get to know people using employment discovery tools to create an employment profile.
