Community Participation Support

Focusing on community presence, meaningful participation and contribution, Community Living Huntsville’s Community Participation program offers adults 18 years of age and older, including transitional-aged youth, who have a disability the supports they require to be engaged in their community as fully as they choose.

Supports are individualized, and based on interests and abilities, and may include:

  • Skill building
  • Leisure
  • Learning, including options for postsecondary education
  • Social activities
  • Volunteering
  • Work, and

Other activities directed by individual choice, all leading to a full and rewarding inclusive life in community.
